Murray was the driver of the Nostalgia Tours bus which was en route to 1959 Disneyland, but hit a satellite and landed near Shangri-La in Wales instead. They decided to stay at the camp whilst a Quarb crystal was grown to fix the bus. Murray attended the camp dance and danced with Melanie Bush. He helped in the evacuation of the camp when he was informed of an imminent Bannerman attack.
