History
The Gallifreyan stellar manipulator, the Hand of Omega, could cause stars to go supernova which would provide energy to the Time Lord society. (DW: The Three Doctors, Remembrance of the Daleks)
Morbius once aquired a stellar manpulator for his plans of universal dominance, the Doctor however, stole the control device to foil morbius' plans. (BFA: Orbis)
