Colin Skinner was one member of LINDA, a group which met in order to discuss and share their interest in the Doctor. Somewhat of an intellectual, "Mr Skinner" wrote at least one novel and speculated as to the Doctor's symbolic importance. He was absorbed by the Abzorbaloff.
