Raffalo was a plumber on Platform One. She was from Crespallion, which is part of the Jaggit Brocade, affiliated to the Scarlet Junction, in Complex 56. Rose Tyler gave her permission to talk, which was hardly ever given out by the guests. Rose was shocked that they still had plumbers in 5,000,000,000. They chatted and Raffalo made Rose realize what she was getting into with the Doctor. She was killed by Cassandra O'Brien's Metal spiders when she tried to reventilate the Face of Boe's tank.
