The Doctor's House is located in Kent on Allen Road.
The Doctor bought it some time in the 1970s to use some of the funds that UNIT paid him for his services as scientific advisor. (PDA: Verdegris)
The stables outside the house were converted into a huge garage where (at least by 2114 the Doctor has several cars including a Mazda and Mercedes. There is are also several pieces of technology including a communications screen in the garage.
It has a wine cellar.
There are apple trees in the orchard out the back of the house.
By 2114 the house has a computer with a voice interface that can sound like Cary Grant and the front gate has a sign that says Beware of the God. There is also an advanced security system linked to a a scale model of the house and grounds on the sideboard in the Breakfast Room, which contains a surveillance system. The house also has security cameras that can be viewed from the television set in the sitting room. (NA: Warlock)
