St. Cedd's College was a college in England part of Cambridge University.
Professor Chronotis has had residency at St. Cedd's College for some time, residing in his rooms which is also a TARDIS.
The Fourth Doctor and Romana travelled there (and parked their TARDIS) in Professor Chronotis's room in 1979, however they were unable to return following being captured by a Time Scoop. (DW: The Five Doctors)
