The Pterosaurs (or Pterodactyls) were a type of winged reptiles native to Earth from the late Triassic to the late Cretaceous. They were wiped out, along with the dinosaurs, by Briggs' freighter. (DW: Earthshock) No one knew how they took off. (EDA: EarthWorld)
