Mogar was a planet in the Perseus Arm of the Mutter's Spiral. Though there was no oxygen in the atmosphere, the planet was rich in rare minerals, including vionesium. Mogar was the homeworld of the Mogarians, but it was later taken over by the Humans. (DW: Terror of the Vervoids)
