Pete was a morgue attendant at Walker General Hospital.
Biography
Pete and his co-worker, Ted, took in the Doctor's body after he died during surgery. Later, while Pete watched the 1931 film version of Frankenstein, the Doctor regenerated into his eighth incarnation and burst out of the morgue. This so frightened Pete that he fainted.
Pete was last seen at the hospital's 1999 New Year's Eve costume party, where he was being kidded by another employee who had dressed up as a walking corpse. (DW: Doctor Who)
