The Burner Doctor was a version of the Doctor from an alternate universe.

Biography

The Burner Doctor initially left Gallifrey and adopted the alias of the Doctor to fight for non-intervention in Time Lord policy. During his sixth incarnation, the Doctor returned to Gallifrey and changed his view towards the universe. Under the new alias "Lord Burner", he helped President Romana to erase all other timelines by acting as a temporal assassin who "burned" people from history.

After meeting an alternate version of his brother Irving Braxiatel, the Burner Doctor attemptd to assassinate him on the Axis. During the fight they fell into one of the Axis's portals, ending up in another timeline. (BFG: Disassembled)
