History
The Cardiff branch of Jubilee Pizza enjoyed the regular custom of Torchwood Three, which had an account in the name of "Torchwood" with the company, courtesy of Owen Harper. - The name 'Jubilee' is a reference to Rob Shearman's own audio drama for Big Finish Productions Jubilee, which the television story Dalek was adapted from.
