Kevin Stoney (23rd January 1921-22nd January 2008) was an actor who appeared in Doctor Who as accomplices to both the Daleks and the Cybermen. He played Mavic Chen in The Daleks' Master Plan in 1965, Tobias Vaughn in The Invasion in 1968, and Tyrum in Revenge of the Cybermen in 1975.
