Tony Blackburn was a British disc jockey working in Ibiza in 1997. Blackburn was broadcasting rave music on Radio ACL, from a new club called "The Rapture." (BFA: The Rapture)

Tony Blackburn is a real-life DJ who portrayed himself, becoming the fourth celebrity ever to do so in a Doctor Who production, and the first to do so for Big Finish Productions.
