Laurel and Hardy were a popular buddy-comedy duo who maked films 1926-1952. Their films involved silly storylines getting their characters in silly adventures.
They made a cameo appearence where eleventh incarnation had filmed himself dancing with both Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. Rory seems to have a liking to it, as well as Amy but possibly she gets bored half the time of watching the same film the doctor sent them.
They were both seen in The Impossible Astronaut.
