Conjecture

I don't believe that the Eye Patch Lady will have anything to do with the Dream Lord. I would expect that doors of that style will be appearing throughout the upcoming series, possibly from some sort of overarching agency such as the Shadow Proclamation or the now-defunct Celestial Intervention Agency (though not either of those specifically - one doesn't have the ability and the other no longer exists).

I suspect that whatever the theory is, the reality will end up much simpler.

Eye Patch Lady's Name

It has been stated by some websites that her name is Madame Kovarian. This is because Frances Barber plays both the eye-patch lady and Madame Kovarian. Perhaps this can be stated on the page as a theory/rumour?

Who is the "eye-patch" lady?

We don't know if Amy pregnant or not. However I think that if Amy is pregnant, I think that the eye patch lady could possibly be her midwife.
