- When walking in the Washington, D.C. City Hall, Dr. Juarez can clearly be seen walking past the Colorado state flag. A Colorado flag would not sensibly be an adornment in an official city building not located in Colorado. More the point, perhaps, Washington has no city hall, since it's the only city in America administered by the US Congress. The closest thing to a "city hall" in Washington is the John A. Wilson Building, but it's more akin to a state capitol than a city hall. Suggesting that there would be a Washington "city hall", while pointedly reminding the viewers that it's "Washington, D.C." blatantly misses the point of what the initials "D.C." mean.
