Tim Perkins was principally an inker who worked for Doctor Who Magazine, during 1987 and 1988. He inked Profits of Doom and the Sixth Doctor's final DWM story, Grant Morrison's The World Shapers. He went on to ink the Seventh Doctor's initial comic outings, A Cold Day in Hell and Redemption. .
