Pamela Salem (born 22nd January 1950 in Bombay (now Mumbai), India) played Toos in The Robots of Death and Rachel Jensen in Remembrance of the Daleks as well as one of the many voices of Xoanon in The Face of Evil.
Salem has enjoyed a prolific acting career in both the UK and the US, with roles on shows ranging from Howard's End to Magnum PI. She also played Miss Moneypenny in the unofficial James Bond film Never Say Never Again and has also appeared in Blake's 7 and Tripods.
