Ian Bunting was a design assistant during series 2 and 3 of the BBC Wales version of Doctor Who, and a concept artist for the first series of Torchwood.
Fellow design assistant, Peter McKinstry, once described him as having a design background in the automotive industry, and that he was consequently assigned mostly mechanical objects by production designer, Edward Thomas. (DCOM: The Satan Pit)
