Anjli Mohindra plays Rani Chandra in The Sarah Jane Adventures. Although the character is said to be 15, Mohindra was
actually 19 at the time of taking on the role. Rani is the actress' first ongoing TV role, after one-off appearances in shows such as Coronation Street. She also appeared in a 2009 episode of Law & Order: UK which stars Freema Agyeman.
