The Emperor's Personal Guard is a Dalek organisation made up of Daleks dedicated to protecting the Dalek Emperor at any cost. (DW: The Evil of the Daleks, The Parting of the Ways)
The Emperor is always guarded by them. They are normal Daleks with black domes to designate them from the rest. (DW: The Evil of the Daleks)
