Christopher Ryan (born 25th January 1950) played Lord Kiv in Mindwarp, General Staal in The Sontaran Stratagem and The Poison Sky and Commander Stark in The Pandorica Opens. Outside of "Doctor Who", he is best known as Mike Thecoolperson in "The Young Ones".
