Galatea was the leader of the Femdroids on Metralubit, and functioned (officially) as the aide to Premier Harmock. In reality, she was the de facto ruler of Metralubit, which was only inhabited at the time by Femdroids, a small number of humans, and an elaborate computer simulation to deceive the Darkness into believing the planet was still inhabited.
Galatea ceased functioning when Menlove Stokes destroyed the Femdroid control center, but K-9 was able to remotely reactivate her, due to their similar technology. (MA: The Well-Mannered War)
