Jacqueline Rayner is an author of Doctor Who novels and audio dramas. She also adapted for audio the first four Big Finish Bernice Summerfield audios from their New Adventure originals.
She also served as Producer for BBC Worldwide on the BBCi production of Real Time.
Rayner has the distinction of being part of a small group of female authors to receive sole credit for writing original Doctor Who novels (the others being Kate Orman and Lloyd Rose and Mags L. Halliday). As of 2009, she was the only female writer to have contributed to the BBC New Series Adventures novels.
