Davey was one of the Bane who attempted to conquer Earth in 2009. He posed as the PR officer for the Bubble Shock! factory in London and was under Mrs Wormwood, another Bane.
As the PR officer, he gave tours of the Bubble Shock! factory and scanned every person who entered so that their minds were copied and fed into the Archetype. Kelsey Harper liked him.
Wormwood sent Davey to kill Sarah Jane Smith, thinking she might pose a problem, but he failed. He was then given to the Bane Mother, who eats the children that fail her. (SJA: Invasion of the Bane)
