Redvers Fenn-Cooper was a hunter.
Biography
During a hunting trip to Africa, Redvers saw a bright light that made him mad, he claimed it had wings.
He went to Gabriel Chase and was taken care of there. He was believed to have gone mad. Redvers plotted with Josiah Samuel Smith to kill Queen Victoria. They planned that, when invitations to the palace came, they would go there and shoot the queen using Redvers' hunting skills.
Redvers stroked up a relationship with the alien Control and so when the invitations came he took Control instead of Josiah thus crushing the plan. (DW: Ghost Light)
