Just to note:

It's the Seventh Doctor who actually says the quote, but I think it's better for clarity if we keep it as Clarke's Law. "The Seventh Doctor reiterating Clarke's Law" is a bit much really.--Skittles the hog - talk 20:29, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
