Oswald Fox was a resident of Poseidon 8.
Biography
When the sickness struck, Oswald locked down the entire community in order to prevent the sickness from spreading before he attempted to evacuate the entire commuity to the surface through life pods. He stopped after the Eleventh Doctor informed him that they would be infested with Vashta Nerada. Later, when the trans-dimensional gate (through which the sickness and Vashta Nerada came through) was closed, he saw the Vashta Nerada disappear from the escape pods and later admitted that his attempt to evacuate was idiotic.
