The Stolen Planets of the Medusa Cascade were twenty-six planets and one moon, some inhabited, that were taken out of time and space and relocated to the Medusa Cascade by Davros and his new Dalek army for the reality bomb.

All twenty seven planets were returned home by the Doctor, the meta-crisis Doctor and Donna Noble. (DW: The Stolen Earth / Journey's End)
