The Grand Council was an organization of Raxacoricofallapatorians on Raxacoricofallapatorius and were the rulers of the planet.
History
Before they became criminals, the Slitheen family were the rulers of Raxacoricofallapatorius. However they were overthrown and replaced by the Blathereen family. (SJA: The Gift
