Purcell was the landlord of a block of flats. He lived in one with his dog Bernard. When everyone from the flat was sucked into the doll's house so was Purcell. He was then transformed into a Peg Doll. He was later restored to his original form along with everyone else who had been transformed. (DW: Night Terrors)
