George was an alien Tenza who used a perception filter to convince Alex and Claire that he was their son. When George was afraid, he sent his fears into the doll's house in his cupboard, where they turned into Peg Dolls . His fears sent a plea for help to the Eleventh Doctor's psychic paper. When the Doctor arrived, he tried to help George face his fear and deduced that there was a powerful alien presence and that the monsters he feared were real.
