Elsie Rossiter was an elderly woman who lived in a block of flats. She was taking the rubbish out one night when she was sucked into the Dolls House and was hunted by the Peg Dolls, who caught her and turned her into one of them. When George dealt with his fear she returned to the council estate. (DW: Night Terrors)
