Susie Cabina was a girl who was raped and murdered by her teacher, Oswald Danes, when she was only twleve years old. At his subsequent trial, Danes simply said that, "She should have ran faster."
- The fact that she is a murder victim named Susie may be a reference to the Torchwood episode title, They Keep Killing Suzie.
