The Martian Axis was a group of humans that formed after the Thousand Day War and the defeat of the Ice Warriors of Mars. Initially, it consisted of people who wanted peaceful co-existence with the Martians, though their true purpose was inciting civil disobedience amongst the Earth Alliance colonies. They became a terrorist group that espoused the belief that their actions were sanctioned by the Martians.
