Geoffrey Palmer, OBE (born 4th June 1927) is an actor known especially for his comic roles on British television in his over fifty-year career. In Doctor Who, Palmer played Masters in Doctor Who and the Silurians, the Administrator in The Mutants, and Hardaker in Voyage of the Damned. He is the father of director Charles Palmer.
