Ordered by Kelner to protect the Fourth Doctor at all times, the Presidential Bodyguard understood the extent of Kelner's plotting and knew he would be rewarded if he agreed. It seemed the President was to be protected only as long as he was neccessary for Kelner's ambitions. He was shot by Andred. (DW: The Invasion of Time)
