Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen is a memberof the family Slitheen that tried to destroy Earth in 2006. He posed as the default prime minister Joseph Green, after killing the previoius prime minister. He was killed when the nuclear missile hit 10 Downing Street. (DW: Aliens of London/ World War Three)
