The Two Streams Facility was a kindness quarantine facility on Apalapucia to house the Apalapucians who had contracted the Chen-7 virus, which would kill sufferers in a day. Using temporal technology, it allowed them to live through their entire lives in a day. Handbots patrolled the facility and offered medicine and anaesthesia.
