Brynblaidd (Welsh for Wolf Hill) was a small Welsh village in the Brecon Beacons. For generations, every few years, the villagers of Brynblaidd engaged in the murder and cannibalism of strangers. Circa 2007, after they had abducted seventeen victims within a thirty mile radius, Torchwood 3 discovered the community, for which Evan Sherman apparently acted as the informal leader. Soon after, the police came and arrested the villagers. After this, presumably, this 'tradition' was discontinued. (TW: Countrycide)
