Christopher Ryan (born 25th January 1950) played Lord Kiv in Mindwarp, General Staal in The Sontaran Stratagem and The Poison Sky and Commander Stark in The Pandorica Opens. A promotional image of him as General Staal was used to protray Commander Halke in DW:The God Complex. Outside of "Doctor Who", he is best known as Mike Thecoolperson in "The Young Ones".
