The "Eden man-trap" was an unnamed plant that the Doctor briefly encountered. The Eden man-trap was native to the planet Eden, though one was captured by a Continuous Event Transmuter.
The Eden man-trap was a large plant with a central mouth/flower. This mouth/flower was made of several layers of leaves which unfolded to engulf prey. The Eden man-trap also had many vines which could wrap around food and drag it towards the mouth/flower. It would release the food from the vines if the plant was too badly damaged.
