Cecilia was Barbara Wright's aunt whom Barbara intended to meet on the 23rd November 1963, which was her (Cecilia's) birthday. Returning to London on that date, Barbara found Cecilia and the rest of the city had been frozen in time as a result of a fault with the TARDIS. Barbara implied that her aunt was a lesbian in response to a comment from Ian, but did not elaborate. (ST: 1963)
