Scooti Manista was a 20-year-old Torchwood trainee Maintenance Officer on Sanctuary Base 6. She discovered the possessed Toby Zed standing unharmed on the exposed surface of Krop Tor but, when she tried to report this, he psionically locked the doors, trapping her in one are, which he then opened to the elements, sending Scooti to her death in the vaccum of space.
