Summary
On a world occupied by Gati invaders, the Doctor recruits "fashion genegineer" Lady Bazina to help him wage a silent rebellion. Whilst performing genetic alterations to her clients Bazina intorduces small mutations that will make her people stronger over the next few generations in order for them to rise up against their oppressors and free their world.
