Phil Davis (born 30th July 1953) played antagonist Lucius Petrus Dextrus in "The Fires of Pompeii" and the villainous robot Titus in the Big Finish Productions audio "The Cannibalists". Outside of Doctor Who he is perhaps best known for starring in Rose and Maloney with Sarah Lancashire.
