When Rose asks about the Cybermen, the Doctor metions "That's a living brain jammed inside a cybernetic body, with a heart of steel. All emotions removed." How did he know that? The Mondas Cybermen were "exactly like (us) once...our doctors and scientists devised spare parts for our bodies until we could be completely replaced," not to mention that in Attack of the Cybermen the Cybercoversion process was seen.
A really good assumption the Doctor or just an oversight by the writers?
