Adipose Pills were white and red capsules distributed by Adipose Industries. They were only distributed in greater London, but Adipose Industries had plans to go nationwide. They were sold in groups for a three week course.

One pill was eaten a day. These caused the fat to walk away literally. Use of the pill over three weeks caused the development and eventual birth of Adipose. The pills could be immediately activated with an Inducer disguised as an Adipose Pill Necklace, which came free with with the purchase of the pill. The Inducer could also deactivate the pill.
