David Frost was a British journalist who conducted a number of interviews with Richard Nixon in 1977. During those interviews Nixon made some statements that would support the widespread conclusion that he had obstructed justice.
In 1969 the Eleventh Doctor told Nixon to say "hi" to Frost for him. (DW: Day of the Moon)
