King Rokon was the ruler of Kastria. He put a stop to Eldrad's plans to conquer the universe and captured him, placed him in an obliteration module and had it destroyed. However, since it was detonated prematurely, there was a one in three million chance that he had survived. Since Eldrad had destroyed the barriers protecting their world, making the surface uninhabitable and leaving only a miserable underground existence, the Kastrians destroyed the race banks and chose to die.
